My name is Jackie. I am a personal trainer, fitness and strength instructor, golf fitness specialist and head coach at Kent Golf Fitness.
I'm driven by a deep passion for strength and mobility training and it's incredible impact on golfers. It has the power to create a more consistent swing, increased club head speed and make you more resilient to injuries. I work with all level of golfers, creating a personalised plan after an initial assessment.
I offer 1:1 personal training sessions, small group training, online training, personalised training programs, and if you are local (I cover the Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Faversham area), I can even come to you. I use many different training techniques to create fun but challenging workouts to take your game to the next level.
